We want you to be completely satisfied with your merchandise. If you need to return or exchange an item, please complete the return/exchange portion of your packing slip and send it back to us, insured, in the original packaging with tags attached. The shipping address for returns is included on your packing slip. We are sorry but Sale Items are non-returnable...If you received free shipping with your order and you return any portion, your refund will be reduced by the cost of the original shipment to you. A 25% restocking fee will be added to any returns that are wrinkled or not packaged in the original manner they were shipped
Please ensure that your return/exchange merchandise reaches us no later than 30 days after you received your shipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping fees.
